Meet The Owners
Zach Tang | President of Construction
Zach leads all aspects of field operations, construction quality, and project execution. He also serves as the company’s in-house drafter, working closely with clients to translate ideas into detailed, buildable plans. With building science at the forefront of every decision, Zach ensures each home is thoughtfully designed and constructed for performance, efficiency, and long-term durability.
Zach is deeply involved in the day-to-day building process, collaborating with trusted trade partners to maintain clear communication, consistency, and high standards from start to finish. His attention to detail and scientific approach help create a smooth, predictable experience throughout construction.
Outside of the job site, Zach enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends. He is getting married to his fiancée, Mina, in the coming months and looks forward to starting this next chapter together. In his free time, Zach enjoys motocross, Bison football, and a round of golf whenever he can fit it in.

Troy Peterson | President of Business Development
Troy focuses on client relationships, strategic growth, and ensuring every custom home begins with a clear vision and a trusted process. He works closely with homeowners, designers, and the construction team to create a smooth, transparent building experience that results in homes built with purpose and craftsmanship.
Outside of the office, family and community are at the center of everything Troy does. He and his wife, Amelia, are raising five kids, which means their home is always full of energy, activity, and plenty of memories being made. They also have two dogs that make sure life never gets too quiet.
In the fall, you’ll find Troy coaching high school football—a role he’s passionate about and one that keeps him connected to mentorship, teamwork, and leadership. He also played college football, and still enjoys playing and watching sports whenever he gets the chance.
In addition to home building, Troy is a licensed real estate agent, which gives him a broader perspective on how homes fit into the bigger picture of family life, investment, and long-term value. Whether it’s on the field, at home, or working with clients, Troy believes that relationships, trust, and consistency matter most.
